Lacrosse

It started with a stick in my hands and a wall to throw against. From there it became club ball with SNG and summers spent chasing the next tournament, the next showcase, the next chance to get seen.

Every weekend was a measuring stick. You show up, you compete against the best players you can find, and you find out exactly where you stand.

Trinity is where the work turned into results. Mid Penn lacrosse is a grind, and every spring was a chance to prove the summers were worth it.

By the end of it, the honors stacked up: US Lacrosse All-American, Keystone Player of the Year, First Team Mid Penn, First Team Keystone, PennLive All-Star, and Trinity Lacrosse MVP.

The junior and senior years carried a name next to mine: Providence. Getting there meant years of early mornings, film, and reps nobody saw.

At Stevenson I lived at the faceoff X, the most one-on-one position in the sport. Every whistle is a fresh fight for the ball, and the whole game restarts on you.

As a first year in 2023 I was named All-MAC Commonwealth Honorable Mention, voted on by the conference's coaches.

Lacrosse taught me how to work when nobody is watching, how to lose a rep and win the next one, and how much a team can carry when everyone owns their piece.

It is also part of why I build. I have seen what the game asks of athletes' bodies and brains, and Chronic Trace exists to help measure what the eye alone misses.
